1. Acceptance

By accessing relayly.dev ("Site") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Site is operated by NIKX Technologies B.V., registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Software

Relayly is an open-source project released under the MIT License. The full license text is available on GitHub. Nothing in these Terms supersedes or restricts the rights granted to you by the MIT License for the software itself.

3. Website Use

The Site is provided for informational purposes only. You may use it to learn about Relayly, read documentation, and access community resources. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Site.
  • Scrape or harvest content in a manner that places unreasonable load on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property

The Relayly name, logo, and website content (excluding the MIT-licensed software) are the property of NIKX Technologies B.V. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our branding without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NIKX Technologies B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to external websites (GitHub, Discord, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
